Report: Bob Woodward attacks CNN for suing WH, says media figures have become emotionally unhinged
(CNN)The White House asserts that it can pick and choose which journalists are given a permanent pass to cover it, according to a court filing by the Justice Department on Wednesday.

After Acosta had his hard pass to the White House suspended, CNN filed a lawsuit against the White House.
“This morning, CNN filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration in DC District Court,” CNNs top executive, Jeff Zucker, had said in a statement. “The White House has violated CNN and Jim Acostas First Amendment rights of freedom of the press and Fifth Amendment rights to due process. We are demanding the immediate return of Jims White House credential.”

He was speaking at the Global Financial Leadership Conference in Florida…he went on to say, the remedy isnt suing the administration….its more serious reporting about what hes doing.
