Killeen PD searching for Family Dollar robber

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police say three armed men robbed a discount store on Market Street Tuesday.

Officers were called just before 9 p.m. to the Family Dollar store after employees there told dispatchers they were robbed.

According to a police report, workers were in the breakroom when they heard someone come into the store. When the workers came out, they found three armed men behind the counter.

Two of the men were wearing all black with black scarves around their faces. The other one was wearing a red hoodie with a white scarf around his face. All three were wearing blue latex gloves.

One of the men pointed a gun at the store clerk and told her to open the cash register and safe. The clerk could not open the safe because it is on a timer, but the suspects took all of the money from the cash registers and several packs of Swisher Sweets cigars.

KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Police released a surveillance photo Tuesday of an armed and masked man who robbed a Killeen Family Dollar store.

The man for whom police are looking is black, about 6 feet tall with a medium build and was wearing a white mask, a black long sleeve shirt, black pants and blue tennis shoes.
