Karissa Fretwell and her son Billy, 3, have been reported missing after family members haven't seen them for five days.
A Salem woman and her 3-year-old son have been reported missing, after family have not heard from them in a week. Family members filed a missing persons report with Salem police for Karissa Fretwell, 25, and her son Billy. Salem Police Lt. Treven Upkes said he couldnt confirm whether Fretwell or her son were considered to be in danger. Salem police have asked anyone with information about the case to call 503-588-8477.
