Water levels of the Big Sioux River next week are expected to reach the highest levels since the floods of 1969.

The last stop was just south of Tomar Park on East Twin Oaks Road in Sioux Falls to take a look at the temporary levee system. The neighborhood near that area was completely under water last week, so the city installed a barrier system with more than 800 tons of sand. Its called the Trap Bag system.
