Crash knocks out traffic light in Springfield

Police say two cars crashed into each other at the intersection of Dirksen Parkway and Stanford Avenue. They say the crash caused a lane blockage.

Officers did not say what caused the crash when WAND-TV reached out for more. There were no injuries, although an ambulance came to the scene for someone complaining about head pain.
