Hope you enjoyed the sunshine that made its way out during the afternoon. Clouds are ready to roll back in tonight though. That will keep temperatures from falling too far tonight. Lows will drop to near 40 degrees by Friday morning.

A stronger cold front comes through today. This will be able to tap into some tropical moisture. We’ll have rain and thunderstorms, followed by some cooler Fall weather. Heavy rain is possible with rainfall accumulations of .25-1.50. Some locations could receive 1.5-2. Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight with a breezy northwest wind.
