Elizabeth Warren reportedly trashed White House\s John Kelly over his embarrassing emails

Kelly called Warren impolite, arrogant: report | TheHill

John Kelly, President Donald Trumps chief of staff, may have just given Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) a new T-shirt and bumper sticker slogan.

Kelly reportedly sent an email in 2017 following a heated phone conversation with Warren about Trumps Muslim ban. In the email, he dismissed her as an impolite arrogant woman, BuzzFeed reported. The then-Homeland Security Secretary also called it the absolutely most insulting conversation I have ever had with anyone, adding:

Blah, blah, blah: John Kelly described Elizabeth Warren as an arrogant woman after a heated phone call on Trumps travel ban

She immediately began insulting our people, accusing them of not following the court order, insulting and abusive behavior towards those covered by the pause, blah blah blah.

Warren said Kelly had been ducking her phone calls as she tried to get answers about the Muslim ban. She also demanded that his agency follow the court orders against it.

The court order referred to in the email was a temporary block of President Trumps executive order barring immigrants and refugees from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen for at least 90 days.

Blah blah blah. Thats all he had to say when he was called out for breaking the law and destroying lives, Warren wrote in a statement. And I dont know about John Kelly ― but there are some men who can only hear blah blah blah whenever a womans talking.

Kelly called the Massachusetts Democrat an “impolite arrogant woman” following a call Kelly described as “absolutely most insulting conversation I have ever had with anyone” in an email, reported BuzzFeed News.

Kellys insult started going viral on Thursday as Warren supporters took up the impolite arrogant woman label and turned it into a badge of honor:

Impolite, arrogant women of the world—unite! You have nothing to lose but the patriarchy! #impolitearrogantwoman

Former Homeland Security secretary John Kelly reportedly wrote a scathing email about a heated phone call he had with Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, who he described as “an impolite arrogant woman.”

In the February 2017 email, Kelly addressed his phone call from Warren, who reached out for information regarding some of her constituents, a congressional source familiar with the situation said to BuzzFeed News. Several people, some who had visas, were detained at Logan Airport in Boston following President Donald Trumps executive order that blocked refugees and travelers from seven majority-Muslim countries.

“Absolutely most insulting conversation I have ever had with anyone,” Kelly said in an email to then-senior counselor to Homeland Security Kevin Carroll. “What an impolite arrogant woman.”

Warren, who took part in a demonstration at the airport against Trumps travel ban, personally reached out to Kelly and demanded answers about the situation. Kelly reportedly did not respond to Warren for a week, and later denied Warren had tried to make to contact with him.

“She immediately began insulting our people accusing them of not following the court order, insulting and abusive behavior towards those covered by the pause, blah, blah, blah,” Kelly added, referring to a temporary restraining order that blocked Trumps travel ban, according to BuzzFeed News.

“Warren is running for president so early, trying too hard, and chasing bad pitches,” Carroll reportedly said.

In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that Trump had the authority to ban travelers from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, North Korea, and Venezuela, in the interest of national security.
